Who we are?

  • we are an independent management systems certification body, operating in Romania.
  • we operate from a legal point of view based on the republished Law 31/1990, as a limited liability company.
  • we provide assessment services for the certification of quality, environmental occupational health and safety, food safety, information security and medical device quality in accordance with the following standards in force:
  • ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management system
  • ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental management system
  • ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational health and safety management system
  • ISO 22000:2018 – Food safety management system
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – Information security management system

Our
values

We understand that the duty of the Company is to reward us for the good things we`ve done and not to motivate us to do our work, and this for a very simple reason: the motivation exists (or not) within us and only we can find it.
Being self-motivated means waking up enjoying going to work, feeling lucky to be doing what you do, having a hard time breaking away from your work, being proud of your results, taking personal responsibility for your failures, trusting you. All of the above cannot be obtained with more money received from the firm.
You have to be your own locomotive that pulls you forward through the good days and the bad ones.
Yes, we all have bad days, but if they outnumber the good days, maybe this isn’t the right job or company for you. Anyway, don’t expect to find your motivation every day, sometimes it’s missing when you need it most. In those moments rely on discipline. Do what you know you have to do.
Each of us is responsible for our own happiness, which we are entitled and obliged to seek where we see fit, don’t expect it from your boss, colleagues or clients.
Continuous motivation
It`s the element on which our development as a company has been based and the main difference between us and the competition. Everything we do as a Firm must be of impeccable quality in terms of solutions, presentation and delivery services.
Quality means spelling, smiling, effective solutions, layout , tone of address, font used, good taste in clothing, correct spacing between words, clean car, phone answering formula, punctuation, promptness, tidy office, correct expression, consistency and more.
It is the duty of each of us to ensure that only quality products and services leave the Company and to report any deviation in order to initiate corrective actions. This means that anyone who finds a quality problem has a duty to actively intervene in eliminating that problem, even if it has nothing to do with their day job.
Possible quality problems are not found by chance, they are actively sought by each of us in order to eliminate them.
Outstanding quality
The Firm’s interests are our priority and we will not neglect them for any reason whatsoever. It is more an attitude of availability and total dedication to the Firm and less an actual work effort. We take this on board because we know that serious things cannot be done with half measures.
When we make a decision that involves a potential conflict of interest between us and the Firm, we ensure that the Firm’s interest will prevail over our own or group interest.
Each of us offers our unconditional support to our colleagues because we know that together we can get things done faster, better and with less effort.
Total dedication
The very good impression our clients form when working with us is a defining element of our past, present and future success.

It is possible that in the course of working with some clients, for various reasons, things may not go well and clients may form a bad impression of us. We will never leave it at that, but we will do whatever it takes to make sure that in the end our customers are at least happy, even though our aim is to leave them happy.

The customer’s impression of us is the only one that really matters to us. Why? Because we depend 100% on what customers think of us. We find this normal, not frustrating, because we are professionals. For us, a satisfied customer is always more important than maximising the profit from a transaction with that customer.

Today, performance is the only option for a company to survive and, more importantly, to grow. And this can only be done with very good people.

For us, performance means a great job. Why? Because we come to love our jobs, not because of good coffee, discretionary breaks or a salary always paid on time, but because everywhere we look we see colleagues we can grow with.

Surely, at the end of the day, it’s the numbers that count. At our firm, we make the targets. In addition to numbers, being a top performer means: being modest, honest, orderly, disciplined, proactive, paranoid when analyzing risks, able to make decisions, obsessed with continuous improvement, responsible when things go wrong, able to choose the best solution and not necessarily your own.
